Although my initial experience with SleePare was stellar (see original review below), what has followed has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We scheduled to have our mattress delivered on July 7; when my partner received an email update stating the mattress was only "in production" a few days before the scheduled delivery, he called Valerio. Valerio said he would call him right back and he NEVER DID. It is now July 14, we still do not have our bed, and Valerio NEVER called or texted either of us with any sort of update or explanation. I have been in conversation with a Sleepare customer service representative, but again, I have had essentially no luck with any sort of compensation. We are supposed to receive our mattress tomorrow, but at this point, I have zero faith in this company. I would be very careful ordering a mattress from here, especially if you ask for a later date for delivery.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Had a wonderful experience at SleePare, thanks to Valerio! He was incredibly friendly and informative; he took the time to answer all our questions and explain the differences between the mattresses. He even greeted us with complimentary waters! I would highly recommend the shop to others, it's a great way to try out a variety of mattresses and the customer service is fantastic!

Shopping here was a wonderful experience. Valerio met us at the door having read what we wrote when we scheduled our appointment, and he was ready for it. He asked questions to get a sense of what we wanted, assessed our bodies and sleep preferences, and chose several mattresses that he thought would be good for us. Its great to have a showroom such as Sleepare's in order to sample beds that normally have to be bought online, sight unseen and un-felt.Ruveena helped me find a mattress thatI loved. She was lovely, gracious, patient and very knowledgeable. She did not pressure me or rush me in any way. Because i fell in love with more than one of the beds I sampled, it was hard to make a choice. Finally i did pick one, under no pressure but with helpful guidance from Ruveena. It will be cheaper than buying it online , Rubeena's great service and all of the above, combined have led to my decision to buy my new bed at Sleepare.

Great store to check out if you are looking at one of the many bed in the box beds that now exist. Joey was fantastic and helped me choose a bed. It was extremely no pressure and Joey provided great advice, information and suggestions as I tested multiple beds. I had also stopped by Saatva and Mattress Firm that day and can say without doubt the Sleepare provided the best customer service with Saatva at a close second. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for a new bed.

If you cannot come in during regular business hours, please call our showroom at (347) 307-7096 to see if we can schedule an appointment during off hours.

Where can I find a SleePare mattress store near me?

Our Manhattan SleePare showroom is located at 218 West 30th St.

Can I test your mattresses in NYC for free?

Yes. SleePare does not charge to visit our showroom and test products. Our dedicated team works hard to help you find the best mattress. Once you finalize your selection, you can order online yourself, or with the assistance of our trained staff.

Is the NYC showroom kid or pet friendly?

SleePare welcomes children and pets on leashes.

Is your showroom ADA compliant?

Yes. Our showroom is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

How can I return my Purple mattress?

With its more than 100 nights of in-home trial, SleePare aims to offer you the perfect sleep. If you don't like your mattress for some reason, SleePare allows you to exchange or return it once during the trial window. To initiate the process, contact our support team and we will send a form to fill out. Once you submit the filled-in form, we will process your return order. However, make sure you fill out and submit the form within the trial period.

I’ve bought the wrong mattress. Can I exchange it?

SleePare allows you to exchange the mattress with any other available mattress at our store in NYC, once during the trial period. Review our policy procedure guidelines and follow the steps to ensure risk-free mattress exchange. However, you need to pay a $500 returnable fee to initiate the process. Once the mattress is exchanged, we will return the fee plus/minus the cost difference between the two mattresses. This will result in the final mattress sale. The new mattress will have a valid warranty.
