Some of the common causes of mattress returns are:

New Mattress Is Firmer Than Tested In Showroom

A new mattress, right out of the box, feels firmer because it takes at least 30 - 60 nights to break in. Floor models in showrooms feel softer because they are already broken in. The more you use your mattress, the quicker it breaks in.

Got A Cooling Mattress But Retains Heat

Thick sheets and mattress protectors can increase heat retention in a cooling mattress. Moreover, you can invest in a cooling mattress pad or topper. Also, consider using a slatted bed foundation to improve cooling before you decide to return your new mattress.

Uneven or Poor Mattress Support

The mattress support core might not be at fault. Inspect your bed foundation instead. If your box spring is old or the slats in your foundation are more than 3 inch wide, consider adding a bunkie board or invest in a new bed base compatible with your mattress.

Return Policy
SleePare wants to make sure you got the best mattress match for yourself. This is why each one of our mattresses are backed with a 100 night or more (depending on brand policy) trial period for you to test out your mattress. You may Exchange or Return your mattress, once, within the set trial period time. If you wish to initiate a return you may contact our customer support team which will send you an exchange/return form to fill out. Upon filling out the form and submitting it, we will begin to process your return. Please make sure your form is received and submitted within the trial period.

The mattress must be returned to the showroom, undamaged, unwashed, and spotless. For your convenience, the mattress may be returned to any of the Sleepare showrooms. If you cannot return the mattress to a showroom, we will be happy to set up a pick up, for a $100 pick up fee, that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

New mattress takes time to adjust to, and this is why customers are required to try out the mattress for at least 30 days after receiving the mattress. Trial period for said mattress only starts the day you receive the mattress.

Refund amount will exclude any special deliveries/assembly/White Glove services in case any were paid for with the original order.

If a mattress is too firm or too soft, in most cases a free mattress topper offered by sleepare can help solve the problem.

Exchange Policy
During your trial period, you can exchange your mattress once with any mattress offered in the Sleepare stores. To exchange your mattress, please follow SleePare’s return policy procedure. In order to place an order for an exchanged mattress, customers are required to give a $500 returnable deposit. This payment will be refunded, minus/plus any cost difference between the original and exchanged mattress. Once an exchange has been made, the exchanged mattress will result in a final sale. Warranty still applies.

What would happen if I got free items with my purchase?
In case of an Exchange, you will keep all free items given to you. In case of a mattress Return, any free items accepted with a mattress purchase should be returned with it. Please note that pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and other bedding accessories have different return requirements and can only be returned if unused and unopened. In case any items can not be returned because they were opened, their retail value will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.

Terms and Conditions

  • Only one return of any product per customer, household, and/or delivery address.
  • You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts).
  • To receive a full refund, your product must be undamaged, unwashed, and spotless.
  • In case of a damaged product, a partial refund may be sought (subject to the details of damages incurred).
  • All returns are valid for the first order only. No refunds or returns will be granted after 100 nights.
  • White-Glove delivery charges are non-refundable.($165 for all 3 stores)
