Great store to check out if you are looking at one of the many bed in the box beds that now exist. Joey was fantastic and helped me choose a bed. It was extremely no pressure and Joey provided great advice, information and suggestions as I tested multiple beds. I had also stopped by Saatva and Mattress Firm that day and can say without doubt the Sleepare provided the best customer service with Saatva at a close second. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for a new bed.

SleePare strives to offer restful snooze for years to come and that is why each of its mattresses comes with 100 nights sleep trial or more as per the manufacturer’s policy. If you don’t like your mattress, SleePare allows you to exchange or return the mattress once during the trial window. Contact our support team and we’ll send a form to fill in. The return process will initiate once you submit the form. However, make sure you fill out and submit the form within the trial period.
SleePare allows once-only mattress exchange during the trial period. Readout our return policy procedure and follow the steps to exchange your original purchase with any available mattress in-store. However, you need to deposit a $500 refundable fee to initiate the process. Once the mattress is exchanged, we will return the remaining amount, plus/minus the cost of the new purchase. This will result in the final sale and the new mattress with a valid warranty.
