Great store to check out if you are looking at one of the many bed in the box beds that now exist. Joey was fantastic and helped me choose a bed. It was extremely no pressure and Joey provided great advice, information and suggestions as I tested multiple beds. I had also stopped by Saatva and Mattress Firm that day and can say without doubt the Sleepare provided the best customer service with Saatva at a close second. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for a new bed.

SleePare ensures restful sleep for life and that is why, each mattress comes with a 100-nights or more in-home trial, depending on the manufacturer's policy. If unsatisfied with your choice, SleePare let you return or exchange the mattress once during the trial period. For mattress returns, talk to our customer support team to get the return form. Upon submission, SleePare will proceed with your return order. However, the form must be filled in and submitted during the trial period only.
SleePare allows once-only mattress exchange during the trial period. Readout our return policy procedure and follow the steps to exchange your original purchase with any available mattress in-store. However, you need to deposit a $500 refundable fee to initiate the process. Once the mattress is exchanged, we will return the remaining amount, plus/minus the cost of the new purchase. This will result in the final sale and the new mattress with a valid warranty.
SleePare allows you to exchange your original with any available mattress, once during the trial period. For hassle-free mattress exchange, follow the steps mentioned in our policy procedure guidelines. Customers need to deposit a $500 refundable fee that SleePare returns plus/minus the new mattress cost. This will result in the final sale with a valid mattress warranty.
