Final sale items include clearance or discontinued products, deeply discounted items (50%+), adjustable bases, and certain accessories. These are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long does it take to get a refund?

Do I need to rotate the mattress to qualify for return?
Yes. You must rotate your mattress monthly for the first 6 months, then every other month. Failure to do so may void the trial.
Are shipping and setup fees refundable?
No. Fees for shipping, White Glove Service, insurance, and Alaska/Hawaii surcharges are not refundable. Only the product price (minus return fees) will be refunded.
Can I return more than one product per type?
No. Avocado only allows one return per product type per household. For example, once you return one mattress, you can't return another later — even if it’s a different model.
