Although my initial experience with SleePare was stellar (see original review below), what has followed has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We scheduled to have our mattress delivered on July 7; when my partner received an email update stating the mattress was only "in production" a few days before the scheduled delivery, he called Valerio. Valerio said he would call him right back and he NEVER DID. It is now July 14, we still do not have our bed, and Valerio NEVER called or texted either of us with any sort of update or explanation. I have been in conversation with a Sleepare customer service representative, but again, I have had essentially no luck with any sort of compensation. We are supposed to receive our mattress tomorrow, but at this point, I have zero faith in this company.
