California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

At SleePare, we are committed to ethical business practices and socially responsible sourcing. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity throughout our supply chain and ensuring that our products are manufactured in a manner that respects human rights and adheres to fair labor practices.

In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), SleePare is pleased to provide the following disclosure regarding our efforts to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.

1. Verification

SleePare evaluates potential and current suppliers through a risk-based approach to identify and assess potential risks of human trafficking and slavery. This verification process is conducted internally by our supply chain and compliance teams and may include third-party audits when deemed necessary based on geographic location or industry risk.

2. Audits

We conduct periodic audits of our suppliers to evaluate compliance with our standards against human trafficking and slavery. These audits may be announced or unannounced and are performed by internal auditors or trusted third-party firms.

3. Certification

SleePare requires direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they operate. This is part of our ongoing commitment to human rights and ethical labor practices.

4. Accountability

SleePare maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors regarding company standards on slavery and human trafficking. Employees who fail to uphold these standards may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

5. Training

To ensure proper understanding of the risks of human trafficking and slavery in our supply chains, SleePare provides training to employees and managers who have direct responsibility for supply chain management. This training focuses on identifying and responding to potential issues related to forced labor and trafficking.

We believe that transparency is the first step toward meaningful action. SleePare remains committed to continuously improving our practices to promote fair labor and human dignity throughout every stage of our supply chain.
