Although my initial experience with SleePare was stellar (see original review below), what has followed has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We scheduled to have our mattress delivered on July 7; when my partner received an email update stating the mattress was only "in production" a few days before the scheduled delivery, he called Valerio. Valerio said he would call him right back and he NEVER DID. It is now July 14, we still do not have our bed, and Valerio NEVER called or texted either of us with any sort of update or explanation. I have been in conversation with a Sleepare customer service representative, but again, I have had essentially no luck with any sort of compensation. We are supposed to receive our mattress tomorrow, but at this point, I have zero faith in this company. I would be very careful ordering a mattress from here, especially if you ask for a later date for delivery.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Had a wonderful experience at SleePare, thanks to Valerio! He was incredibly friendly and informative; he took the time to answer all our questions and explain the differences between the mattresses. He even greeted us with complimentary waters! Its great to have a showroom such as Sleepare's in order to sample beds that normally have to be bought online, sight unseen and un-felt.Ruveena helped me find a mattress thatI loved. She was lovely, gracious, patient and very knowledgeable. She did not pressure me or rush me in any way. Because i fell in love with more than one of the beds I sampled, it was hard to make a choice. Finally i did pick one, under no pressure but with helpful guidance from Ruveena. It will be cheaper than buying it online , Rubeena's great service and all of the above, combined have led to my decision to buy my new bed at Sleepare.

Definitely the best mattress store I have been to. My wife and I have been suffering with lower back pain on our Casper for over two years now. I was a little skeptical about online brands, but when I found out that I can try it at Sleepare we were super excited. When we arrived Fazi showed us all mattresses and she was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses. She took her time and explained the difference between all of them and DID NOT pressure us into buying one which I appreciate the most.
We end up buying Helix Dawn Luxe which arrived in exactly six days after placing order, no off-gassing or two day wait time to sleep on it. I absolutely love my mattress and recommend it to anyone! Also, I want to thank Fazi again who gave us her number, so I literally annoyed her everyday with thousands of questions and she patiently replied to all of them. Overall, it is beautiful and clean store with amazing mattresses and best service! Highly recommend them!

Had the best experience with Valerio - he was so engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He was also very kind to our 5-year-old daughter who left the store asking when he was going to teach her Spanish (lol). The showroom is very clean, spacious, and offers a lot of excellent choices, mostly hybrids. Pricing is often better than what you'd find online with the added benefit of their staff assisting you if things don't work out for whatever reason. About SleePare

Shanir Kol wanted to help people make informed purchasing decisions. This principle is the foundation of SleePare’s showrooms. However, before SleePare, Kol’s passion for helping customers make smart purchases in his stores led to him starting 4rihut.co.il, the first company ever to offer high-end furniture as a “Try and Buy” concept.

Although his idea for a website selling high-end furniture with a “Try and Buy” aspect wasn’t well received initially, Shanir persisted. His concept of testing out a product in person before buying it online proved successful, and it was that success that led to SleePare.
