Christine GolubHad the best experience with Valerio - he was so engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He was also very kind to our 5-year-old daughter who left the store asking when he was going to teach her Spanish (lol). The showroom is very clean, spacious, and offers a lot of excellent choices, mostly hybrids. Pricing is often better than what you'd find online with the added benefit of their staff assisting you if things don't work out for whatever reason. We left making a purchase that we are very happy with and cannot recommend it enough.

SleePare Founder Shanir Kol wanted to allow customers to try out eCommerce products so they could make informed purchasing decisions before committing. This concept became the foundation of SleePare’s mode of operation. Before founding SleePare, Kol founded 4rihut.co.il, a company that allows customers to try out high-end furniture in a “try and buy” concept. Depending on your mattress brand of choice, SleePare mattresses come with a minimum of 100 days of sleep on it trial, with a maximum of 365 days trial period. This means that even if your brand of choice doesn’t offer a sleep trial, SleePare still offers a 100-day trial period to adjust to your new mattress.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required to visit our showroom, but they can help streamline your experience. Not only does an appointment ensure you have our staff’s undivided attention, but it also helps you avoid a crowded showroom while making your purchasing decision. Keep in mind our staff is there to help answer any questions you have, and make your mattress testing a breeze.
Can I book an after-hours appointment?

Do you offer Free shipping?
All SleePare mattresses come with free nationwide shipping. Depending on if you invest in next-day shipping, you could be sleeping on your mattress the very next day. However, the free shipping usually means delivery in a week, so you still have less waiting time than expected to enjoy your new mattress.
How much does same-day delivery cost, and when can it be delivered?
SleePare offers free nationwide delivery. This delivery usually takes a week, depending on where you are located. If you are interested in same-day or next-day delivery, this costs $99. We also offer white glove delivery services to some locations, so be sure to talk to our staff for various options, and to see what shipping choices you have available to you.

How can I return a mattress?
We aim for your absolute satisfaction at SleePare, which is why our mattresses come with a trial period of 100 nights or more. If your mattress isn’t the right fit, you’re entitled to a one-time exchange in this period. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service, and we’ll guide you through the process with an exchange/return form. Just ensure you submit this within the trial timeframe.
*Mattress can be returned by customers to the appropriate locations within 14 days of purchase. Providing that said merchandise has been unopened and is in its original packaging, for a refund.
