You must try the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return — this break-in period is required to give your body time to adjust to the new sleep surface and let the mattress break in.
If you decide the mattress isn't right for you after the 30-night minimum, you can initiate a return anytime before night 101. GhostBed will work with you to coordinate donation of your mattress to a local charity or recycling.
Please note that orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for the 101-Night Sleep │Trial and cannot be returned.

For smaller items like pillows and bedding, contact GhostBed customer support to request a prepaid return label. Items must be in like-new condition and returned within the 101-night trial period. Repackage the items securely and drop them off at a shipping location.
What's not refundable?
GhostBed does not refund shipping fees, setup services, or the value of discount codes. Additionally, adjustable bases, clearance items, and products labeled "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada are also not eligible for return.
Are returns free in the contiguous U.S.?
The GhostBed return process is free for customers in the 48 contiguous United States. There are no return fees for mattresses during the 101-night trial. However, there are some exceptions:
- For unopened mattresses, there's a 15% restocking fee
- Pillows will need to be shipped back at your expense and will incur a small restocking fee
