Although my initial experience with SleePare was stellar (see original review below), what has followed has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We scheduled to have our mattress delivered on July 7; when my partner received an email update stating the mattress was only "in production" a few days before the scheduled delivery, he called Valerio. Valerio said he would call him right back and he NEVER DID. It is now July 14, we still do not have our bed, and Valerio NEVER called or texted either of us with any sort of update or explanation. I have been in conversation with a Sleepare customer service representative, but again, I have had essentially no luck with any sort of compensation. We are supposed to receive our mattress tomorrow, but at this point, I have zero faith in this company. I would be very careful ordering a mattress from here, especially if you ask for a later date for delivery.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Had a wonderful experience at SleePare, thanks to Valerio! Great store to check out if you are looking at one of the many bed in the box beds that now exist. Joey was fantastic and helped me choose a bed. It was extremely no pressure and Joey provided great advice, information and suggestions as I tested multiple beds. I had also stopped by Saatva and Mattress Firm that day and can say without doubt the Sleepare provided the best customer service with Saatva at a close second. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for a new bed.

Can I test your mattresses in NYC for free?

Yes. SleePare does not charge to visit our showroom and test products. Our dedicated team works hard to help you find the best mattress. Once you finalize your selection, you can order online yourself, or with the assistance of our trained staff.

Is the NYC showroom kid or pet friendly?

SleePare welcomes children and pets on leashes.

Is your showroom ADA compliant?

Yes. Our showroom is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

How Can I Return My Leesa Mattress?

SleePare wants to offer the perfect mattress match to its customers. That is why, all the brands are backed with a 100-nights in-home trial or more, depending on the policy. If you don't like your mattress, then SleePare allows you to return or exchange it once during the trial window. All you need to do is contact the support team and collect the form. Once you fill out and submit the form, we will proceed with the order. However, make sure the form is filled out and submitted within the trial period.

I’ve bought the wrong mattress. Can I exchange it?

SleePare lets its customers exchange the original purchase with any available mattress at the NYC store once during the trial window. Check out SleePare’s return policy procedure for a seamless mattress exchange. However, customers are required to pay a $500 refundable fee to initiate the process. The amount will be used to cover the price difference between the original mattress and the new purchase. The remaining amount will be refunded once the mattress is exchanged, resulting in the final sale. However, the mattress warranty still remains valid.
