We would never buy a mattress we had not first tried. But finding a place to try some of the more "online" or upscale mattresses was difficult. We found SleePare by Googling on this problem, and drove over to Northern Virginia to take a look. Tanner was a very helpful salesperson, who knows his mattresses. He was very patient with us and encouraged us to spend enough time to really make an informed decision. He was invariably right in his prediction about which mattresses we would or would not like. He talked us through the delivery and set up issues and it all worked out just fine. We have had our Malouf mattress and Milly Adjustable Base now for around a month. We are very pleased with our purchase: my morning total body ache has simply vanished, and after just one night! We would recommend SleePare and Tanner without reservation.

Do NOT be turned off by the outward appearance of this store, at a second floor walk up at end of a run-down looking strip mall. Inside they managed to take a warehouse space and make it cozy and welcoming. They have a bunch of sample mattresses to try out. Tanner was great at walking us through all of our options and aligning to what we said we were looking for. We so appreciated his time and straightforward, chill vibe. Awesome place if you are looking to actually try the mattresses you can only read about online!

SleePare made it easy to "try before you buy" - yes, you can read the mattress selection guides and take quizzes about your best mattress type... but it's still nice to be able lie down and get a feel for the various online mattresses before you decide which one to try. Dustin was knowledgeable about the various mattress types and provided helpful information without any pressure sales tactics. If you're thinking about an online mattress purchase, I'd recommend checking out SleePare.

Great place to go if you are undecided between online brands. It was very helpful to be able to test many brands and compare different levels of firmness. Tanner was a great help with information and suggestions! He introduced us to Mlily mattresses, a brand we hadn't seen. It was a much better experience than going to a typical mattress store where they push you to buy their products.

It was great to be able to go into a store and try out a wide variety of mattresses. We also walked in with a list of questions and concerns. Dustin patiently listened to us and then made great recommendations. The only reason we went with a different mattress from one of his top picks was due to the lack of handles.

I had an appointment here after buying an online mattress that I’m not loving yet. They have feet covers and towels to prevent the spread of COVID. I tried out nearly everything in the store and got great advice from the staff. I think this is a brilliant business model to try out online order mattresses. They do have better pricing than if you ordered directly online as well so it’s good to order from them even if you know what you want. I bought a mattress, pillow and mattress protector and spent hundreds less than my original online purchase.

Can I test your mattresses in Tysons' Corner for free?

Yes. SleePare does not charge to visit our showroom and test products. Our dedicated team works hard to help you find the best mattress. Once you finalize your selection, you can order online yourself, or with the assistance of our trained staff.

Is the Tysons showroom kid or pet friendly?

Is Nectar showroom ADA compliant?

Yes. Our showroom is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

How can I return My Nectar mattress?

To ensure you get the perfect match, SleePare offers a 100-night or more (depending on brand policy) in-home trial period on each of its mattresses. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can claim a one-time return during the trial period. All you’ve to do is contact our support team, and we’ll send out the return form at the earliest. Once you submit the filled-in form, we will process your return order. However, make sure you fill and submit the form within the trial period.

I’ve bought the wrong mattress. Can I get it exchanged?

Sleepare offers mattress exchange once during the trial period with the beds available in our Tysons store. Before you place an exchange order, we recommend checking SleePare’s return policy procedure. Customers need to pay a returnable $500 fee to begin the exchange process. The amount will be refunded after covering the cost difference between the original and exchanged order. Once an exchange is processed, it will result in the final deal, whereas the warranty applies.
