Some of the common causes of mattress returns are:
A new mattress, right out of the box, feels firmer because it takes at least 30 - 60 nights to break in. Floor models in showrooms feel softer because they are already broken in. The more you use your mattress, the quicker it breaks in.
Thick sheets and mattress protectors can increase heat retention in a cooling mattress. Moreover, you can invest in a cooling mattress pad or topper. Also, consider using a slatted bed foundation to improve cooling before you decide to return your new mattress.
The mattress support core might not be at fault. Inspect your bed foundation instead. If your box spring is old or the slats in your foundation are more than 3 inch wide, consider adding a bunkie board or invest in a new bed base compatible with your mattress.
Mattress production and delivery have a significant "footprint" on our planet. Please, let's all be responsible to our world when initiating returns and exchanges. In case the mattress is too soft or firm, our team might offer you a free topper to try and adjust the firmness and solve the problem. Please do give that a chance, as it will not affect your trial period.
Return Policy:
Each one of our mattresses is backed with a 100 night or more (depending on brand policy)
trial period for you to test out your mattress. If you wish to initiate a return you may contact
our customer support team, which will send you a form to fill out. Upon submitting the form
within the trial period, we will begin to process your return.
The mattress must be returned to the showroom undamaged, unwashed, and spotless. The
mattress may be returned to any SleePare location for your convenience. If you cannot return
the mattress to a showroom, SleePare can schedule a pick-up, for a fee of $100, which will be
deducted from the refund amount. If the mattress is located more than 40 miles away from a
SleePare store, we may ask you to donate the mattress for a full refund (This may vary depending on the store, check with your respective Sleep Expert).
Exchange Policy:
During your trial period, you may exchange your mattress once, for free, with any mattress
offered in the SleePare stores. To exchange your mattress, please follow SleePare's return
policy procedure. SleePare offers one Return/Exchange per customer/household.
Pillows, Sheets, Toppers, Bases and Foundations...
All mattress accessories, including any foundations, adjustable bases, headboards, sheets,
pillows, toppers, mattress protectors and other accessories can be returned by customers to
the appropriate locations within 14 days of purchase. Providing that said merchandise has
been unopened and is in its original packaging.
What would happen if I got free items with my purchase?
In case of an Exchange, you will keep all free items given to you. In case of a Return, any free
items accepted with a mattress purchase should be returned with it. Please note that pillows,
sheets, mattress protectors and other bedding accessories have different return
requirements and can only be returned if unused or unopened. In case any items can not be
returned because they were opened, their SleePare retail value will be deducted from the
refund that you receive.
