Christine GolubHad the best experience with Valerio - he was so engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He was also very kind to our 5-year-old daughter who left the store asking when he was going to teach her Spanish (lol). The showroom is very clean, spacious, and offers a lot of excellent choices, mostly hybrids. Pricing is often better than what you'd find online with the added benefit of their staff assisting you if things don't work out for whatever reason. We left making a purchase that we are very happy with and cannot recommend it enough.

With a 100-day to 365-day sleep trial (dependent on mattress brand and policy), SleePare allows you to test a mattress to your comfort levels before fully committing. Plus, beds that usually wouldn’t come with a sleep trial are covered in the 100-day minimum trial. What’s better than that?
Do I need an appointment?
Our Los Angeles showroom allows for walk-ins, however if you want our exclusive attention it’s always best to call in advance. Not only does this help you avoid a crowded showroom, but it allows our staff to show you their undivided attention, so they can help you with testing your new mattress and answer any questions you have.
Can I book an after-hours appointment?
Our Los Angeles location does allow after-hours appointments. However, these appointments need to be scheduled in advance. You can call 347-980-0044 or contact us through our online form to make an after-hours appointment at this location.
Do you offer Free shipping?
SleePare provides free shipping across the United States. If you’re looking to have your mattress set up and delivered by a professional, ask about our white glove delivery services. We even offer next-day shipping for some customers depending on range. However, keep in mind that any shipping outside of the standard shipping does come with an added fee.
How much does same-day delivery cost, and when can it be delivered?
SleePare offers free delivery across the United States. This delivery can take within a week. However, if you’re looking to get your mattress sooner, SleePare does offer $99 same-day or next-day shipping. You should call our store in advance to make sure the model you’re looking for is in stock and eligible for next-day shipping, and to make sure same-day shipping is available to your address of choice.

How can I return a mattress?
We aim for your absolute satisfaction at SleePare, which is why our mattresses come with a trial period of 100 nights or more. If your mattress isn’t the right fit, you’re entitled to a one-time exchange in this period. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service, and we’ll guide you through the process with an exchange/return form. Just ensure you submit this within the trial timeframe.
*Mattress can be returned by customers to the appropriate locations within 14 days of purchase. Providing that said merchandise has been unopened and is in its original packaging, for a refund.
