Its great to have a showroom such as Sleepare's in order to sample beds that normally have to be bought online, sight unseen and un-felt.Ruveena helped me find a mattress thatI loved. She was lovely, gracious, patient and very knowledgeable. She did not pressure me or rush me in any way. Because i fell in love with more than one of the beds I sampled, it was hard to make a choice. Finally i did pick one, under no pressure but with helpful guidance from Ruveena. It will be cheaper than buying it online , Rubeena's great service and all of the above, combined have led to my decision to buy my new bed at Sleepare.

Definitely the best mattress store I have been to. My wife and I have been suffering with lower back pain on our Casper for over two years now. I was a little skeptical about online brands, but when I found out that I can try it at Sleepare we were super excited. When we arrived Fazi showed us all mattresses and she was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses. She took her time and explained the difference between all of them and DID NOT pressure us into buying one which I appreciate the most.
We end up buying Helix Dawn Luxe which arrived in exactly six days after placing order, no off-gassing or two day wait time to sleep on it. I absolutely love my mattress and recommend it to anyone! Also, I want to thank Fazi again who gave us her number, so I literally annoyed her everyday with thousands of questions and she patiently replied to all of them. Overall, it is beautiful and clean store with amazing mattresses and best service! Highly recommend them!

Had the best experience with Valerio - he was so engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He was also very kind to our 5-year-old daughter who left the store asking when he was going to teach her Spanish (lol). The showroom is very clean, spacious, and offers a lot of excellent choices, mostly hybrids. The company was the first to provide pricey furniture as a substitute for “Try and Buy”. Kol believed it was his duty to advise patrons in his venues on how to make wise choices.

Do you offer Free shipping?

Your bed can be delivered right to your door free of charge. Use our service to send a new bed to your child located at college or have one delivered to your parent’s home across town. It is still free!

How much does same-day delivery cost, and when can it be delivered?

We oMer free nationwide delivery. Most often, that means getting it to you within a week. If you need same-day service, there’s a $99 fee for this. Contact our Chicago, IL office, send us a pm, or click to set up an email to confirm availability.

How can I return a mattress?

We aim for your absolute satisfaction at SleePare, which is why our mattresses come with a trial period of 100 nights or more. If your mattress isn’t the right fit, you’re entitled to a one-time exchange in this period. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service, and we’ll guide you through the process with an exchange/return form. Just ensure you submit this within the trial timeframe.

*Mattress can be returned by customers to the appropriate locations within 14 days of purchase. Providing that said merchandise has been unopened and is in its original packaging, for a refund.
