We, at SleePare, strongly believe in the importance of education. It empowers you, opens new doors for brilliant opportunities and gives you a renewed perspective on various things in your life.

That is why SleePare is actively supporting US students to help them achieve their dream education. We will provide scholarship worth $1000 to a worthy candidate every year, helping them graduate from their favorite college.

Contest information:

You are required to send us a 5-minutes long video, answering the following questions:

1. How can we get people with insomnia get engaged with CBTI?
2. What, according to you, is the most effective way to convey the importance of sleep to the public?

A little something about videos:

Please make sure the video you submit is original, intriguing, creative and delivers new and exciting information. The video that follows all these requirements most efficiently will be selected for the scholarship. The video should be uploaded to YouTube for participation in the contest.

Eligibility criteria for entering the contest:

You will be eligible for participating in the contest if:

You are currently studying in a public or private high school (or are being home-schooled) within the US and are in the final year.

You are already a college student who is pursuing a professional degree or planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institute located in the USA.
You are a US citizen.
You have minimum 3.00 GPA.
You are in the last stages of high school completion or already have completed high-school education.

FAQs:

1. What is the submission deadline?

Please submit your videos before 31st March of every year.

2. How many scholarships are available per year?

SleePare awards only one scholarship in a year.

3. Can the scholarships be renewed?

No. But you can apply again next year.

4. When are the results of the contest announced?

The results will be announced in the mid June.

5. How is the eligibility assessed?

We will verify your eligibility requirements including your GPA and school status.

6. How are the winners notified?

We will notify the winners by email. If they do not respond within 48 hours of sending the email, a new candidate will be selected as the winner.

7. How are the winners selected?

A video that fully complies with our requirements and excels in terms of shared information, innovativeness, overall quality, and exudes creativity shall be selected for the scholarship award.

8. Are paper submissions acceptable?

No.

9. How can the scholarship be used?

You may use the scholarship fund as tuition fee or to cover up the educational expenses at any US accredited university.

10. When will the scholarships fund be available?

The scholarship funds will be available in August.

11. What else do you look for in a video?

Clear communication, presentation style, set-up, video quality and good audios matter a lot during the selection process.
