We told him what we were looking for (a good quality mattress that helps support hip injuries, is comfortable for back and side sleepers and is not too soft) and although we came in with a Dream Cloud, as soon as we laid on it we didn’t like how much we sunk in. We ended up lovingggg the Helix Dawn which to our surprise was a firm mattress with a plush pillow top and that’s the one we both liked. Malcom let us lay as long as we wanted and gave us insight on each mattress. He was cheerful and attentive and made us feel like the experience was worth it. He also told us about a bundle sale that was ending the same day as our visit and we chose to purchase and get the bundle. So we got a mattress and a mattress cover, pillows, and bedsheets for free! She explained that I had 100 days to try out the bed at home.Nigora let me to try out mattresses while she helped another couple.In most chain mattress stores they lead you around and it is hard to be distracted from the actual experience of lying on the bed.I have not received the bed yet and I will look forward to the delivery. It cost $285 to get white glove delivery and to remove my mattress. The delivery went well and was timely. The delivery people were speedy and efficient.Unfortunately the Malouf pillow that I bought that day became very soft after an hour and flattened to the point that it was pretty useless. It was a $90 loss...a Malouf pillow Shoulder Zoned Dough pillow. IT seemed to aggravate my TMJ and my neck was quite sore. Since Sleepare does not accept open pillows I cannot return mine. I wish I had bought it from Amazon or even directly from Malouf who will accept a used pillow. I liked the pillow at the store so much that I was not concerned. I got burned. Consumer Reports ranked this pillow fairly mid range. They stated that it flattens over time. Basically it will not hold up for very long. If you want to try this pillow buy it from a vendor with a more flexible return policy. It is really lacking in resilience.Hopefully the bed will work out. You do have 100 days to return it. Pick up costs $100 according to the website. I will update this review as my experience continues.
