Walked in on a Sunday and was greeted by Fazi who is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had an idea of the mattresses I was interested in, but she gave me a more comprehensive understanding with an additional mattress option I did not originally consider (or know about). I wound up selecting the third option she suggested, and though I did not order through SleePare due to a timing/scheduling issue on my end, I will say that I would have gotten a better deal/price if had I ordered from Fazi. Also, I understand their delivery & return service is top notch as well. Highly recommend.
