The Showroom Experience
When visiting our NYC showroom, our friendly and trained staff will help you find the perfect mattress. At SleePare, we take mattress testing to the next level by allowing you to make an appointment to test your mattress as well as a free 30-minute nap as a part of your appointment.
This will give you enough time to decide if the mattress is right for you. Our showroom is open to walk-in customers as well. For the best experience and more time with our staff to ask questions, we recommend making an appointment.

Mattress Delivery by Saatva
SleePare offers free delivery. If the alternative to a Saatva mattress you want is in stock, we offer pickup from our store.
If you are picking up your mattress from our store, please let our team know when you place your order. If the product is in stock, you can take it home that day. Orders placed online will arrive within 2-3 business days.
Saatva on the other hand offers free white glove delivery if you order online. If you place your order, Saatva will call and schedule a 4 hour delivery window on the day your mattress is set to arrive. If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, you will not be charged a fee. Saatva’s white glove delivery includes free set-up of your new mattress and removes/disposes of your old mattress and foundation.

Once you finalize your selection, you can order online yourself, or with the assistance of our trained sales staff. If we have the mattress in-stock at our showroom, you can pick it up at a later time or day, or we can deliver it to you at a scheduled time.
If I buy a Saatva mattress alternative after trying in-store, am I still eligible for an in-home trial and free delivery?
Absolutely! Buying the mattress in-store still allows you to enjoy all the perks of online mattress shopping, such as an in-home trial period and free home delivery.
Is an old mattress removal service available?
Yes, the old mattress removal service is available free of cost. Just check the box next to “mattress removal” while placing your order.
What is SleePare’s return and refund policy?
You can try out your Saatva mattress alternative at home for 180 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the mattress for a partial refund, minus a $99 transportation cost.
