Very courteous and helpful
Went a few weeks ago to shop around for a mattress for my mother. Nigora was very courteous and helpful in showing us all the mattresses available and gave us recommendations based on her needs. She did not pressure us at all into selecting and was receptive to questions we had. Something I don’t like is being pressured into a sale on the spot at other mattress and furniture stores so the experience at Sleepare was excellent overall. We came back a week later and ended up selecting the BB Spartan at a great price. So far my mother is feeling great. I am planning on coming back in the near future to buy a mattress for myself!

If I could leave 10 stars for this place I would. The store manager Nigora took the time to ask the level of firmness/ softness I wanted and even showed me examples so that I could be sure that my description matched what I had in my mind. I was even asked what position I sleep in. They took the time to explain to me how different mattresses are made so that I know exactly what I’m purchasing. And the prices are really good.

You can exchange your mattress once during the trial with the one available at our Boston store. Please read our return policy procedure and follow the step to ensure a hassle-free mattress exchange. To initiate the process, customers need to deposit a $500 refundable fee to cover the cost difference of the new mattress. Once the exchange is made, the remaining amount is returned, and the sale is finalized. The new mattress comes with an intact warranty.
