Can I test your mattresses in the Boston mattress store for free?

Yes. SleePare does not charge to visit our showroom and test products. Our dedicated Boston team works hard to help you find the best mattress. Once you finalize your selection, you can order online yourself, or with the assistance of our trained sales staff.

Is the Boston showroom kid or pet friendly?

SleePare welcomes children and pets on leashes.

Is your showroom ADA compliant?

Yes. Our showroom is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

How can I return a mattress?

SleePare wants to make sure you got the best mattress match for yourself. This is why each one of our mattresses are backed with a 100 night or more (depending on brand policy) trial period for you to test out your mattress. You may exchange or return your mattress, once, within the set trial period time. If you wish to initiate a return you may contact our customer support team which will send you an exchange/return form to fill out. Upon filling out the form and submitting it, we will begin to process your return. Please make sure your form is received and submitted within the trial period.

I've bought the wrong mattress. Can I exchange it?

During your trial period, you can exchange your mattress once with any mattress offered in the Boston store. To exchange your mattress, please follow SleePare’s return policy procedure . In order to place an order for an exchanged mattress, customers are required to give a $500 returnable deposit. This payment will be refunded, minus/plus any cost difference between the original and exchanged mattress. Once an exchange has been made, the exchanged mattress will result in a final sale. Warranty still applies.

Super knowledgeable staff, clean and well organized showroom, low pressure and amazing inventory of all the top online beds to try out. And they beat the best price you can find online by $20 so there is no negotiating necessary - very streamlined process which was such a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Madina at SleePare was amazing. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but honestly had more uncertainties than specifications. Madina asked me several questions about my sleep habits, back pain, etc. The very first mattress she had me lay on was The One. She encouraged me to try others, take my time, and lay on them for at least 5-10 minutes to be sure. She was so knowledgeable about various features, pros/cons of different brands, materials etc. On top of the President’s Day sale, Madina was able to offer me additional deep discounts on other accessories I wanted. And she did not try to upsell me or convince me to buy anything I didn’t already want. I pictured it taking hours for me to decide on and buy a bed, and I had decided and paid in less than 30 minutes from my arrival time, all within budget. It was a very comfortable, relaxed, friendly, and efficient experience. Highly recommend coming here to find your dream bed!

Madina was a terrific salesperson. She didn’t hover, but was available to answer any questions. She was also very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses in the store. We weren’t ready to make a decision today and never felt any pressure to do so.

BUYER BEWARE!! Definitely would not recommend this business. Brianna was an incompetent salesperson. Sold us the wrong bed frames, didn’t order an entire king set- mattress and adjustable base (adjustable base is not available but sold is the mattress anyway) .Company was a complete NIGHTMARE to work with when dealing with exchanges and returns. The company only allows for one bed return per household. After spending $10,000 on an order, received the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had to use google voice numbers to reach the company because they were dodging our calls though our personal #s.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was exceptionally relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to get my questions answered clearly without it feeling like a pressured sales pitch. I was allowed plenty of time to assess the options at my own pace, which let me arrive at a decision I was confident in. I would have given a 5 star rating, except the space was undergoing repairs while I visited, so it wasn't quite as put together as I would have expected, but I was assured that it would be a short-lived situation. Even so, it was the best, most helpful mattress shopping experience I've experienced in my 50+ years.

Great experience, make an appointment for the Reading location. Showroom had multiple manufacturers. It was good to compare. This location also carries Brooklyn Bedding. I purchased Sleep Number Rest for a guest room. It's heavenly! Waiting on arrival .

Great experience. Relaxing, comfortable atmosphere with dimmed lights and light music. Appreciated being asked to take shoes off to keep the beds and floor clean (and be more comfortable). A great selection of really comfortable beds to try out!

Highly recommend! My sister referred me since I was having a hard time choosing a mattress online. This store has a great selection of the most popular online mattress brands. Thankfully the store exists and I was able to go in and try the mattresses in person. Many of the descriptions sound the same but laying on them felt very different. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable, you can walk in or make an appointment. Brianna was very helpful, she kept me updated with the timeline of my delivery and went above and beyond to help me load my (super heavy) mattress into my SUV. If you're in need of a mattress, don't hesitate, go to SleePare!

We went to four mattress stores in our search and ended up purchasing one from SleePare. We went to a traditional mattress store, Purple, then Casper, along with SleePare. Breanna at the Reading SleePare store was fantastic. It felt like she was sharing her knowledge not selling us or pressuring us on any brand. The one we thought we wanted quickly got ruled out after seeing it (trying it) in person, and we ended up with a brand and style that wasn't even on our radar. We just ordered the mattress so don't have it yet, but the purchase experience at Sleepare was great and def recommend you check it out.

It's great to have a place to go try out multiple mattresses that only sell online. Aside from that, the process after our order was placed was abysmal. We only received one email with a tracking # and that was for the bundle that came with the mattress (pillows, sheets, etc). After inquiring multiple times about the status of our mattress order, we were told they would get back to us and never did. One day, 3 weeks later, the mattress arrived without any warning.Seems to me if SleePare is just the middle man, the manufacturer should be the one communicating directly with the customers. Either way, someone needs to be communicating.

It is great having a local store to test out various mattresses. You can read all you want, but nothing compares with trying it out. Of course, it takes time to confirm your choice, but just like the mattress companies themselves, SleePare gives you the same trial period as the manufacturer to test out the mattress and the exchange or return it at no cost to you. It is also a place to learn about beds and pillows and such. We saw a cooling pillow and tried it out and decided to purchase it with the discount we were given since we were buying them with the mattress. But research is still very helpful. I went with known objective groups, such as CNET. But even going with other review sites I learned helpful info.

Spent a good hour there today trying out all the beds. Dan was extremely insightful on the different technologies. I appreciated his relaxed nature as this is a process you don’t want to be rushed. My wife will be going back this week so we can make a final decision.

SleePare generously donated floor model mattresses to community members in need. There was a miscommunication when picking mine up, and despite the offered mattress no longer being available, i didn’t leave empty handed. We recently bought a king size mattress from this store and we truly appreciate the entire process of shopping from this store. We were initially planning to order the same brand of mattress online but decided to try out a few in store after talking on the phone with Mary Ann. Mary Ann is fabulous! She is knowledgable, seems to truly enjoy getting to understand and address customers' needs and made very helpful suggestions throughout. We bought the right mattress for us at the end of our visit and also got white glove delivery. Our mattress arrived a couple of days ago and we couldn't be happier with it. Mary Ann was thorough and communicative at every stage of the process. Highly recommend this store!

We decided to buy the mattress we wanted from our local branch of this store rather than the manufacturer because we wanted to support the store's existence in our community. Unfortunately, after sleeping on it for several weeks, it became clear that the mattress exacerbated my back pain. We assumed the store would honor the manufacturer's return policy, but apparently they have their own return policy, so a transaction we considered to be no financial risk actually cost us some money. We need a new mattress but rather than buying a different mattress from this store, we are going elsewhere. If you are thinking of buying from this store, check the manufacturer's return policy before going ahead. You may find that you're better off buying on the internet.

Madina was magnificent!! Was very knowledgeable about the mattresses in their showroom. Recommended that we lay on the mattresses for 5-10 minutes in our favorite sleeping position as well as our just hanging out position to ensure we were happy with the support/comfort. After leaving the showroom we wanted to do a little more research on our top two picks such as reading reviews. Madina responded to every question we had via email in a timely manner. We finally decided on the mattress Helix Midnight Luxe and she made the whole process so easy. Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone shopping around for a mattress.

I had a great experience at the sleepare showroom. I was hesitant to walk into a mattress show room given numerous negative experiences across multiple stores over my years. But walking into sleepare, I knew it would be different.Instead of harsh fluorescent lighting, they have warm string lights illuminating a dim show room that is more comfortable to be in while trying out mattresses. Instead of commercial filled Pop radio, they had soft classical music.We were helped by Medina, who is a top class sales person. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, more so than the customer service representatives of the mattresses brands. She offered the perfect balance of giving us useful information, letting us have time to lay on the beds, and checking in on us but never with any pressure.We found a mattress that we enjoyed, and felt good about purchasing it through sleepare.If you’re considering purchasing an online mattress brand, I highly recommend sleepare as a show room to test out the beds and to purchase from locally.

My partner and I went here to look at some of the mattress we had been researching online. Niko was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was very educated on all the models and helped us sort out which was likely going to be the best for us.We are still going to do some more research, but if we decide to go with the model we liked at the store I won’t hesitate to go back and work with Niko.If you are looking to try out a box mattress in store, I highly recommend this place! The number one mattress on my list, came off my list entirely when we tired them out!

I was so impressed when I visited the Reading store. Niko made me feel like I was the only customer on earth (even though there were other people in the store while I was there). I felt that he truly wanted to help me find the best mattress for me and my husband, and he did not try to “sell me” anything. He is so pleasant, and seems to enjoy what he does, and that comes through to customers. He also patiently and thoroughly responded to my numerous follow up questions, which I appreciated. In addition, he is extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and bases that they sell, and that helped me to narrow down my choices, which was much needed. He even went to the effort of letting me try the mattress that I liked on an adjustable base that was on the other side of the store. Now that is above and beyond service I say! The store itself is unique, and having had the chance to try the Winkbed in person made all the difference for me.

Absolutely the best mattress buying experience I have ever had. Niko was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed really interested in helping us find the right bed for us. My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday and we were helped by Niko. It was a little bit busy, but Niko was able to give us his expert attention while still helping other customers. We tried several mattresses and he asked us very useful questions about our comfort levels and pressure points. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy something that didn’t fulfill our needs.
