Normally you need an appointment, but they also let us just walk in. They were EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. The best mattress store in the city !!! Fazi was amazing, she helped me to choose a mattress , I bought a helix midnight luxe. It comes with 2 pillows. They have lots of brand I saw online brands like Winkbed , Nectar, Powercool , etc. highly recommend here as they are very helpful and understanding for my picky sleeping needs

+What is your extended return policy?
Depending on which mattress you purchase, we offer a minimum of 100 nights risk-free trial so you can really make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your mattress, your SleePare customer support staff will be happy to help you initiate the process of returns.
+If you are not located in my city, can I still buy a mattress from you? Are there any shipping charges?
Yes, you can. Just let us know which mattress you want us to ship to you — and we will, free of charge all across the US.
+I’m worried about testing my mattress in person due to COVID-19. Is it safe for me to visit any of SleePare showrooms?
SleePare is committed to providing a safe environment for shoppers to test our mattresses. We understand concerns regarding Covid-19, and take strong precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our staff & local communities.
We have strict policies ensuring that our mattresses are UV sanitized & our premises are effectively cleaned daily. HEPA air filters have been installed in all locations to minimize the presence of contaminants in the air, if any. Although walk-ins are still allowed, we highly encourage pre-booked appointments for better social distancing & maximum safety of our staff and customers.
+Do you charge customers for in-person mattress testing in your showrooms?
Despite being a mattress store that sells online mattresses, our experience has taught us that testing mattresses in person is the most effective way to find the best mattress for anybody. And we are committed to providing a relaxed, safe environment where our shoppers can test out any mattresses they like.
There are no charges for any mattress testing in person — even if you take a nap. 100% FREE forever.
+Are SleePare showrooms kid or pet-friendly?
All our showroom locations welcome children & pets. Pets have to be on a leash to enter to ensure the safety & comfort of other shoppers.
+I am a disabled person. I have concerns about visiting one of your showrooms in person. Is there anything I need to know about?
