This store has all the mattress you see online but can’t find anywhere in store! Visit if you’re looking to try a Helix of Mlily especially. Ask for Valerio, he was such a huge help and one of the kindest, most attentive sales associates we’ve ever worked with. He totally changed our minds on a mattress we originally had picked out online and helped us pick out the best one that fits our needs and sleeping position.

This has been my best mattress exploration experience to date. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I was looking at mattresses online, but didn't want to buy one without testing it out. Fazi was super helpful and upfront about the pros and cons and most importantly she didn't try to upsell me. I ended up finding a comfortable mattress bundle at a great price -- which is exactly what I wanted.

I do not understand how someone can buy a mattress without trying to out. I was looking at different options and saw that I could try some out here. I went in one afternoon without an appointment but they were very accommodating. Valerio is awesome. So helpful and not pushy at all. I told him what I was thinking of and he just said nope, not what you want. Never ever tried to drag me to the priciest ones. He told me MLILY was the one and I laid on it for a while. A scheduled appointment came in so I was fine being left for that. Ended up sharing a mattress try with her. 😂Valerio was spot on, I did buy what he suggested and gave it some time. I have committed to it now and so pleased I went in there to try. I would hate to deal with the returning after the trial period not knowing. Thanks! Even ended the sale with a hug. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

This little store is Soooo unique! it feels like a little boutique, with awesome scent and music, we really didn't want to leave the store when we were done. We had plans to check out 3 other stores after we came back from Saatva, but honestly, they were so great, and their prices were a bit cheaper than online, so we just placed our order here, can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!

If you want to buy one of the online mattress brands, make sure you buy it at the Sleepare mattress store in New York. I mean, it's so easy to buy online, but if something goes wrong, like in our case, it was so great to have their customer support help us. To make a long story short - our mattress arrived with a small manufacturing defect, and we didn't want to accept it like that. We called Sleepare customer support and they were amazing, they worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement for us and even sent someone to pick up the old one. Everything went smoothly, we are very happy we bought from that mattress store, and we will definitely trust them with our future business!

Valerio helped me purchase 4 new mattresses and working with him was a wonderful experience. I was dreading mattress shopping but he was professional, friendly, helpful and courteous and gave me important information so that I could make decisions as efficiently as possible. He made himself available on off hours to answer questions and is clearly a lovely person in addition to being an excellent and honest salesman. The store has many options and Valerio Can expertly guide you to the best fit without pressure or upselling. I highly recommend.

After reading a few of the “best mattress” articles, I found myself more confused than when I started. Valerio took the time to ask thoughtful questions regarding the criteria I was looking for in a mattress. He then explained each mattress, it’s technology and how it would fit my sleeping needs. I was so impressed with Valerio’s level of knowledge and genuine interest in finding the best mattress for me. This was an outstanding customer experience. One word…Valerio! Honest walked in there just to try out a helix because we were lost in our mattress shopping journey and ended up buying an entirely different mattress from him. His sheer knowledge of the the mattress market, proper sleep positions, mattress pitfalls and quality just put us at ease. He educated us and treated us so well even though he was closing. He is the first and only person we will buy a mattress from. We recommend anyone see him if you are looking for a mattress. He’ll set you up base on your budget and sleeping needs

What a fantastic experience! We went to Sleepare to test out a few mattresses we were deciding between online. They have all sorts of different mattress brands with different levels of firmness depending on what type of sleeper you are. Fazi was beyond helpful! Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, she answered all our questions and even gave us other options that we hadn't researched. Based on her help we found the mattress we were looking for. We are very happy customers and highly recommend shopping here for your next mattress. Ask for Fazi, she is fantastic!!

By all means, one of the best mattress shops I’ve ever been to. The customer service is amazing especially Fazi. One of a kind. I got the mattress almost same day and delivered to my apartment with a 2 pillows gift and extra sheets. Way much better and cheaper than buying a mattress online. All the best guys

Amazing store! You are able to test all those online-selling mattresses that we get bombarded with on ads and get a real feel for them to make a more informed decision, and the store manager is super nice and knowledgeable, she gives you time and space and options to try and is not pushy or acts like the typical sales person, she genuinely tries to help you choose the right mattress for you. Would definitely recommend coming here :)

Valerio is an amazing sales person- very professional, knowledgable and patient. Since these mattresses are bought online, it's nice to visit a showroom to try out the mattresses. Unfortunately for us, we were not happy with the mattress and are in the process of returning it.
